Reviving the Primal Retreat Promo

Over the summer I had the pleasure of assisting a friend with their first retreat. Metta LaKind is a certified Lifeline Healer and Reiki Master. They reached out with a need to help promote their retreat. So originally this wasn’t automatically a video request. In fact, we talked through our options: a marketing campaign, information design, social media, and finally content creation. The thing is, the budget and timeline were heavily limited. Sounds familiar, no? The reason timelines are quite strained is largely because people are reaching out to me when a new need has become apparent. So it becomes second nature for me to ask all the relevant questions to be able to make a decision as to what I would recommend and tro develop an action plan.

Consider these questions before engaging in any content creation:

What is your goal? What do you hope to accomplish or what problem do you need solved? In this case, the goal was to give Metta’s retreat promotions a signal boost. We needed to get the word out to more people to fill spots.

Is there a headline for this goal? In this case, yes! The retreat was scheduled and was going to happen to matter what. I think this is great,
